Eligibility Criteria

🔹 Educational Qualification

• Candidates must have passed their 10th-grade examination (matriculation) from a recognized board.

• Qualification must be completed on or before 01 January 2026.

🔹 Age Limit 

• Minimum Age: 18 Years

• Maximum Age: 23 Years

• Candidates must be born between 02-01-2003 and 01-01-2008

🔹 Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 Years

• OBC: 3 Years

• Ex-Servicemen: As per government rules

Physical Standards (Brief)

Height (General)

• Male: 170 cm

• Female: 157 cm

Chest (Male Only)

• Unexpanded: 80 cm

• Expansion: 5 cm

📌 Height and chest relaxation is applicable for candidates from specific regions including Assam and other North-Eastern states.

Selection Process

The SSC GD Constable selection process consists of the following stages:

1. Computer-Based Examination (CBE)

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

3. Physical Standard Test (PST)
